1. The P.H.S. International Trading company with a seat in London is the sole owner of the
    Internet store.

2. All orders should be made online on the store’s website or via e-mail at the following
    address: sales@supplements4u.eu

3. Proper filling up the form is essential for the order to be executed. Especially the telephone
   number and e-mail address are needed for the order you be confirmed.

   a) The orders are taken executed in sequence

   b) If the customer wishes to join the CaliVita Club when placing an order, a one-time fee
       will be added to the receipt. The fee is £ 20 for a product + postage.
  
   c)  The shop reserves the right to refuse to take and/or execute the order without giving a
         reason.

4. The personal data submitted during the registration process is used only for the purpose of
     order execution and is not shared or transferred to any third parties.

5. The order shall be confirmed by sending an e-mail to the address submitted in the
      registration form.

6. The shipping time should not exceed 5 – 10 weekdays within the European Union. The
     store is not responsible for any delays caused by a shipping company,

7. The shipping cost is added to the receipt.

8. Any order may be shipped by GLS company or by a DHL dispatch-rider if the customer
    wishes so.

9. The buyer is obliged to make a prepayment for his order, using the DotPay Online services
     available on the store’s website or directly using a bank transfer to the store’s bank
     account. The heading should include buyer’s e-mail address and the number of his order.

10. In case of an order, which value exceeds 200,00€, the shipping cost shall be covered by
      the store (only for the residents of the European Union). This is valid only, if the buyer
      makes a complete payment for his order in advance.

11. All prices are gross prices and do not include shipping cost.

12. All transfers for the orders should be directed to the bank account as listed on the store’s
      website.

13. The execution of an order begins, when the bank transfer is complete and the money
      appears on the bank account.

14. If the package has any visible faults or damages it should not be accepted and a statement
      of complaint should be made together with the dispatch-rider.

15. All item offered in the Internet store are new and unused.

16. Additional information may be obtained through the website contact form.

17. All names appearing on the website are registered trademarks with their owner having
      sole right to them.

18. All orders are treated as retail purchases, except the situation described in point 3b –
      joining the CaliVita Club.

     Orders made by the Calivita Club members are treated as retail purchases. Prices in Euro  
     are valid for all the customers for the European Union (except Poland) and other countries,

19. Only adults can place orders. Placing an order is firm with the acceptance of those
      regulations. We strongly insist on submitting the correct e-mail address and telephone
      number, as it will help us contact you and confirm the order or solve any problems that
      may arose.

When the order is placed you will immediately receive its confirmation on your inbox.
 Please check if the confirmation is correct. If the information there is wrong or the confirmation did not come, please make contact with us or try to send the order once again.

20.  By placing an order, the buyer gives his assent for the use of his personal data submitted
       in the formand and to receive a newsletter from our company.

21.  Those regulations are the only document concerning placing orders in the store. Every
       user is obliged to read it before making a purchase. Placing an order is firm with the
       acceptance of the regulations.

22. These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the
       English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
